Tales of Ashiir
Galak was hibernating in the froststorm peaks for a millennia, seeking refuge from his twin brother Ashardalon. Until the Giants showed up and thought they were the first on Ashiir and awoke him. Galak has allied himself with Damysus and his army based on an agreement that he and his army would help him defeat Ashardalon and allow him to live in the north peacefully for as long as he wants. Although giants and dragons we’re at war for thousands of years on Ashiir, Galak has put all that in the past and now fights for the freedom and peace of the north which he calls home. Gravestorm is also Galak’s brother.

Galak can make an intense fog cloud around himself,
lasts 2 rounds, any melee att or ranged attack
has a 50% to miss
M Tail Strike (immediate reaction, when an enemy moves to a
position where it flanks Galak; at-will)
Galak attacks the triggering enemy with his tail: reach 4;
+33 vs. Reflex; 4d10 + 30 damage, and the target is pushed 4
C Breath Weapon (standard; recharge ⚄ ⚅) ✦ Frost
Large blast 7; +35 vs. Reflex; 6d20 + 30 frost damage, and
Galak makes a secondary attack against the same target.
Secondary Attack: +24 vs. Fortitude; the target’s frost resistance is
negated until the end of the encounter. Miss: Half damage, and
no secondary attack.
C frost armour (Once per encounter)
Once Galak reaches half his max hp, he can Harden his scales to near adamantium
and increase his ac and gains temp hp shield and reflects a portion
of melee dmg back to the attacker. Galak hardens his scales
with pure ice, gains + 3 ac, 100 temp hp, and reflects 50% of melee dmg dealt until
the shield is gone.
Glacial entomb -When Galak meets his death, he releases all the frost energy stored inside him
rendering anyone within 5 squares, entombed in the purest of ice, unable to attack,
move, or perform any action. This ice will never thaw. The ice is nearly indestructible.
